Warehouse services – goods storage and co-packing
During the receipt and dispatch of goods, we perform simultaneous quality and quantity controls, verifying any other parameters requested by our clients. We offer two warehouse centers in convenient locations:
Warehouse in Macierzysz (Mazowieckie region)
Located near the Konotopa junction and the S8 expressway. We offer modern warehouse space: 10,000 pallet spaces in a high-bay storage system over an area of 5,000 m².
Warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki (near Warsaw)
Located in Ołtarzew at the junction of ul. Ceramiczna (road 718) and ul. Poznańska (road 92). The facility covers 13,100 m² and includes an independent 400 m² cold store. The entire storage and office area is fully air-conditioned.
Co-packing Services
We provide comprehensive co-packing services, including liquids. These support our core logistics operations and include:
- affixing samples and promotional gadgets,
- gluing and folding leaflets,
- heat-sealing packaging,
- commercial packing and repacking.
Value-added services (VAS) include:
- foil wrapping (including non-standard sales units) – to enhance appearance and protect against damage,
- labeling (including food labeling) – adding expiration dates, manufacturer details, etc.,
- preparing promotional sets – to boost sales and build brand loyalty,
- IT system integration,
- returns management,
- cross-docking – immediate reloading and dispatch of delivered goods without intermediate storage.
Warehouse for rent – Warsaw at your fingertips
The Warsaw area is a perfect location for renting warehouse space due to its central position and proximity to major international expressways. Trans-Tok offers warehouse facilities for rent at the West Park site in Ożarów Mazowiecki:
- A+ standard warehouse space (modules from 50 to 500 m²), plus approx. 2,500 m² of additional units measuring 60 to 400 m²,
- heated and air-conditioned space,
- clear hall height of 10 m,
- direct connection between modules and the main warehouse,
- selected units equipped with grade-level doors (zero-level access),
- 400 m² cold store connected to the main warehouse,
- large maneuvering area (forecourt),
- 24/7 monitoring, security, and access control.
The location offers significant logistical advantages:
- 2.7 km (3 minutes) from the A2 motorway (Warsaw–Berlin),
- 7 km (6 minutes) from the Konotopa junction (Warsaw bypass).
We offer short- and long-term rentals starting at a net price of 17 PLN/m². Long-term rental rates are negotiated individually based on the leased area and term.
