Warehouse operations – managing inventory, including the receipt and proper cataloging of goods:
- storage of products designated for sale,
- receiving deliveries,
- operating a warehouse system that supports and controls all processes.
Shipping operations – fully managing the shipping process (from order picking to dispatching the shipment to the consumer):
- order picking,
- packing, printing shipping labels, generating and attaching receipts or invoices,
- handing over to a dedicated courier.
Returns management – handling the entire process of consumer returns:
- receiving returns from couriers,
- verifying, monitoring, and updating inventory with returned products,
- implementing an individual returns process tailored to the client's needs.
E-commerce warehousing
When running an online store, instead of owning a warehouse, it is often more beneficial to rent a specific number of pallet spaces. Trans-Tok stores clients' goods across 20,000 m² of A+ standard warehouse space, of which 500 m² is adapted for cold storage. This allows us to store food, industrial goods, and hazardous materials (ADR, including alcohol).
