We provide modern warehouse space, electronic goods identification via an advanced WMS, 24/7 monitoring of entrusted goods, and the support of an experienced team of logistics professionals. Our professional Logistics Center is conveniently located near Warsaw, right by the Konotopa junction (A2, S8, and the Southern Warsaw Bypass).
We operate in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and the HACCP food safety system.
Trans-Tok Logistic Group operates three warehouses in the Warsaw area (Bronisze, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Pruszków) with a combined area of 22,000 m², accommodating up to 35,000 pallets. Thanks to an excellent location near the S8 bypass and the A2 motorway, we ensure fast connections to the center of Warsaw and nationwide.
Opened in February 2019, the Ożarów Warehouse is situated in Ołtarzew, at the junction of ul. Ceramiczna (road 718) and ul. Poznańska (road 92). It is just 2.7 km (3 minutes) from the A2 motorway (Warsaw–Berlin) and 7 km (6 minutes) from the Konotopa junction. The proximity of Ożarów and Pruszków ensures easy access to a qualified logistics workforce.
The facility is equipped with all necessary high-quality installations, and the entire storage and office area is fully air-conditioned.
WAREHOUSE SURFACE: Approx. 13,100 m², including about 2,500 m² divided into 20 warehouse units (ranging from 60 to 400 m²). Each unit is connected to the main warehouse, with a clear height of 7 to 10 meters. Selected units feature grade-level doors. An independent 400 m² cold store is also connected to the main warehouse area.
Our comprehensive services provide clients with support not only in warehousing but also in full-truckload (FTL), groupage, and parcel transport. Depending on requirements, we also offer co-packing, labeling, foil wrapping, and promotional set preparation. Comprehensive logistics services – what does it involve?
For many years, we have consistently provided clients with high-quality contract logistics. This encompasses warehousing, transport, and forwarding. We treat every client individually, tailoring our tasks to their specific business model. ➤ Receipt of deliveries
The fulfillment process begins with the receipt of deliveries. Goods are confirmed with a delivery document after proper notification. Our team then verifies compliance with the packing list, checks for potential damage, and takes photographic documentation if necessary. Depending on the service model, received goods are either placed in storage or immediately forwarded to the end customer via dropshipping.
➤ Warehousing
Goods are segregated and stored in designated warehouse zones. However, comprehensive logistics means more than just storage. We manage client inventory through our WMS and provide regular stock reports upon request. We operate 20,000 m² of A+ standard warehouse space (including a 500 m² cold store), equating to 16,000 pallet spaces.
➤ Shipment planning
We prepare and dispatch shipments according to client specifications. To support comprehensive logistics, we maintain a specialized vehicle fleet capable of transporting food, industrial products, and hazardous materials (ADR), including alcohol. Shipment planning involves packing, printing shipping labels, generating and attaching sales documents (receipts/invoices), and handing the parcels over to dedicated couriers.
➤ Picking, control, and online tracking
Orders are picked according to specific guidelines. Our team processes everything quickly and efficiently, supported by our advanced WMS. This system enables electronic goods identification, real-time inventory monitoring, tracking of production and expiration dates, batch reservations, and online access to goods receipt and issue documents (PZ/WZ). This cataloging method significantly boosts efficiency and prevents errors.
➤ Co-packing
Comprehensive logistics also includes taking care of product presentation. Value-added services (VAS) and co-packing involve:

➤ Loading
Cargo safety starts with proper securing during loading. When loading pallets, we verify the weight, secure the load with stretch film and heavy-duty tape, and ensure goods do not protrude beyond the pallet edges. For container shipments, we load loose boxes strictly in accordance with packing instructions.
➤ Cross-docking
Comprehensive logistics also covers dynamic processes like cross-docking. Goods delivered to our warehouse bypass standard storage – they are immediately reloaded and dispatched to the final recipient. As intermediaries, our strategically located logistics centers just outside Warsaw are highly advantageous, offering easy access for domestic carriers and international hauliers via major arterial roads.

Whether dispatching from our warehouse or redirecting via cross-docking, distribution is seamless. We utilize our own vehicle fleet and collaborate with professional hauliers to guarantee the safe and timely delivery of goods.
